Our source of profit for the mission - we design and build complex systems

Architecture design • Programming • Design • Management • Markup • Testing • Business analysis • Creative work
Unlike many other directions, where money comes last, this part of Ingello exists to build commercial systems for startups and companies. It is our source of self-funding, so that we never become dependent on grants or loans. We try to do it better, and charge more, than anyone. Your project goes through every stage - from modelling the idea, the specification and the design to programming and launch. We guarantee our work: budget planning happens after detailed video consultations. A software architect and a project manager will contact you to discuss the project.

IMMORTAL.INGELLO

Radical life extension and restoration. A group of non-commercial projects by Ingello, its partners and like-minded people.

Tissue expression • Protein database • Ageing markers • Support for research organisations • Gerontology • Geriatrics
Should a real goal not look exactly like this? Global and seemingly unreachable. Looking at the achievements of science and technology that humanity could only dream of a couple of decades ago, you conclude that everything is possible. How about an eternal paradise on earth, built with our own hands? Why not? Do you know a law of physics or mathematics that forbids an eternal existence full of adventure? I do not. At the moment we provide free help to research communities in developing software, and we also build free solutions for small business, to encourage independent entrepreneurship and the creation of new jobs, products, tools, materials and services. HELP.INGELLO
HELP.INGELLO

A non-commercial volunteer association. Free IT support.

Administrative service centres • Local government • Libraries • Displaced persons centre • The internet-city project • Free IT courses
This project appeared in the first days of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine. Its purpose is IT help given free of charge. On the project page you can see the work carried out within it. Signed letters of recommendation and short progress videos are attached as well. The project is under active development, and the prototype can be viewed right now.
FRACTAL.INGELLO
FRACTAL.INGELLO

Automated development technology. Web applications, admin panels, accounting systems, APIs, mobile apps.

Data model generation • Contract generation • Data schema generation • Module generation • Documentation generation • Infrastructure generation
FRACTAL is a technology for professionally building large projects, and it is also the business-oriented web development teams of INGELLO.SYSTEMS. Our principle, and the key difference from a conventional web studio, is that we teach our specialists not only design and programming but immerse them in the substance of the business. If you need a non-trivial internet-oriented project for commercial purposes, this direction is made for you. On top of that, FRACTAL can be used to build a solid functional prototype of your system. And crucially, it is not merely a prototype. It is the foundation of the future project, which developers will keep reusing and which makes further planning and specification work far easier.
BUSINESS.INGELLO
BUSINESS.INGELLO

Here we write about our own inventions and about the projects we build to order

Articles • Comments • User profile • Social network integration • SEO-oriented admin panel • Analytics
The goal of this project is the decentralisation of business. It is a formalisation of the useful experience accumulated by our team and by others. Business does not understand specialists. And specialists, in turn, do not understand their clients - the people who run businesses. This project sets out to fix that. Decentralising business means small, independent teams of specialists that exist autonomously and do their work in their own niche with focus and quality. The project will be a free source of ordered information that helps in creating a startup or growing a company. It is under active development, and the prototype can be viewed right now.
FORMA.INGELLO
FORMA.INGELLO

Monitoring and automation. A complete answer for sales, hiring and warehouse departments

sales • hiring • planning • warehouse • products • statistics • speech modules • funnels
Stability and formalisation. That is the motto of the complete ERP system called FORMA. Systems built on this base improve and optimise the processes of sales, hiring, the bookkeeping of projects and products, events and much else. Everything any employee or client of your company needs, in one program. Any forms, legible enough to read and to operate on important data. Synchronisation with any data source. Presentation of data forms at any level of detail and design. FORMA is not merely a set of programs. It is a collection of the best solutions built on the market's most stable technologies - javascript, php, mysql and maria db, jquery, bootstrap, yii2, html5, css3. The program is written in plain, readable code that is cheap to maintain.
DENT.INGELLO
DENT.INGELLO

A service for dental clinics. A toolkit for debugging clinic processes.

built-in regulations • calendar • staff • patient records • medical history • treatment planning • dental charts • diagnoses
This prototype was created after consultations with the best clinics in Ukraine. We examined many modern, battle-tested dental programs and weighed up all their mistakes and advantages. This system for putting dental practice processes in order has no users yet, because development only started in May 2020. A large future is planned for it, one that sets standards in the industry. And that future comes closer every day and with every line of code. Take a look at the demonstration!
SOC.INGELLO
SOC.INGELLO

A landing page and a mobile-first prototype of a business social network for networking.

mobile feed • stories • contact profiles • message list • reactions and bookmarks • PWA installation
A prototype of a business social network for networking and exchanging contacts. The interface is mobile-first: even in a browser it looks like a separate mobile application. Inside there is a long business feed, fullscreen stories, member profiles, a contact list, conversations and a draft post composer. The application can be installed on a phone straight from the browser as a PWA.
CRM.INGELLO
CRM.INGELLO

Sales management. Client relationships and planning for the sales department.

client base • sales funnel • call planning • calendar and reminders • speech modules (scripts) • automatic funnel filling
CRM is a system for managing the relationships with your clients. There are more than ten thousand CRMs of varying quality and complexity out there. We do not try to guess your business strategy and sell you a finished product. What we do is study your product and your processes, then design and build a solution that automates the routine and makes your company more effective. On the basis of CRM.INGELLO we create a management system that is convenient for you specifically. The easier it is for you to work with data about your clients, competitors and partners, the better.
APPLAN.INGELLO
APPLAN.INGELLO

A system for design work. Running projects and organising the team plan.

project tracking • stage configuration • task tracking • priority tracking • status tracking • corporate chat • reminders • calendar • team creation • diagram design • Google Drive sync • Dropbox integration • built-in Github API
This system contains a great many functions for managing projects, teams, time and so on. If you work in a team and have decided to invest in the comfort and convenience of your specialists, this prototype fits well. At present it has the groundwork for everything teamwork may require. You can buy our programmer's time to make any changes you want to this product.
HRM.INGELLO
HRM.INGELLO

Personnel management across projects. A program for recruiting and HR

personnel database • hiring and dismissal • project tracking • cooperation statuses • hiring regulations • hiring funnel
The system is convenient because once the hiring and personnel process is set up, we get a system that works automatically while we make the decisions and the choices. So when the personnel database is filled in, the system itself picks the highest-priority project and the candidate who best fits the vacancy, and offers prepared questions for the interview and the hire. And of course it shows the current state of the HR department in a clear chart.
GAME.INGELLO
GAME.INGELLO

A real-time game. A construction kit for game physics, logic and matter.

location building • multiplayer • online interactions • interactive world • socket server/client • canvas animations
Although this demonstration is just a game, its engine applies to far from toy purposes. The system supports multi-user communication in real time. On the basis of this prototype you can build programs with shared access to resources - simultaneous editing of documents, spreadsheets and graphical data, for instance. The same engine could power an exchange trading money or assets with data shown instantly, on the fly. The technology can also carry online chats or news feeds like those in social networks. But back to the game itself. It is conceived as a way of simplifying certain routine business processes. Gamification means using the game mechanics widespread in computer games for non-game processes, which increases people's engagement in applied tasks and in using products and services, and strengthens client loyalty. Create your own characters, locations and stories. With Ingello technology you get full control over the system and can change the behaviour of characters, the physics of objects and the logic of the stories.
WMS.INGELLO
WMS.INGELLO

Warehouse management. Stock, finances, networks of storage sites.

creating a warehouse • creating a product • configuring unique attributes • goods receipt • movements • sales • CRM accounting • stocktaking
This product is meant for building large warehouse accounting systems. Like our other products, this WMS integrates with the rest. In CRM.ingello, for example, there is a block for choosing a product to sell. Historically the whole FORMA line of prototypes began with this very project. The largest client of this system is a European network of wine warehouses.
PDM.INGELLO
PDM.INGELLO

Product management. Designing the information architecture and filling it with content.

creating products • creating a category • creating an attribute • creating a catalogue • integration with subsystems
This product is meant for building PDM systems that manage product data. You can build a product catalogue from categories and subcategories nested to any depth, create, edit and format products, and configure unique attributes and their display types for each category, with attribute inheritance supported. Data from this system can feed an online shop catalogue, synchronise with accounting programs, and be distributed to various stores, shops and marketplaces for sale. Integration with the INGELLO product line is built in. In the WMS.ingello module, for example, we use the product catalogue to order goods from a supplier. And of course there is convenient search across every possible attribute of the goods in your catalogue.
BPM.INGELLO
BPM.INGELLO

Business process management. The regulations that define how a company behaves.

creating regulations • creating rules • creating integrations • creating events • change monitoring • creating checklists
This web service helps you model an entire company. You can separate the organisation's departments and set goals for each. Besides declaring rights, duties and responsibilities within company roles in both text and graphical form, the system has an interesting feature: the text of your newly written constitution can carry embedded buttons that lead straight to specific functionality in any subsystem of the FORMA.INGELLO platform. So you can not only tell new salespeople how to use standard tools such as the sales funnel - while reading the company rules, a person immediately sees the interfaces and functions of every built-in web application. A construction kit like that lets you onboard people at the speed of light. And faster (though that needs checking). It also lets you build your own scenarios on top of thousands of FORMA functions without knowing how to program.
EUROPE.INGELLO
EUROPE.INGELLO

For systematising and automating the handling of customer requests

filters and search • map integration • cadastral number • operations on an object • property catalogue • property moderation
If you work in a large company and your clients constantly want something from you, this program is made for you. It is designed to process large volumes of requests systematically. It can be used as a ticket system, a task tracker or a mail interface. Every job that has to be done to keep a client happy is now accounted for. The system is built on the FORMA.INGELLO core.

We build gadgets and wire them into software

Wearable biosensor and health atlas • Laboratory experiment panel • Photoplethysmography: pulse and HRV • Electrodermal activity (EDA) • Tea fermentation automation • AI button • Access cards • ESP camera with face recognition • Temperature and humidity sensors • Realtime telemetry
We connect the world of physical objects and devices with the world of numbers. Anything that can be measured, seen, moved or changed in the physical world through microelectronics and radio engineering becomes controllable over the internet from anywhere. We build not only the device itself but the software around it: raw data capture, metric computation, the interface and the decision rules. Examples: a wearable biosensor whose raw signal yields heart rate, heart rate variability and electrodermal activity, mapped onto an anatomical body map; a laboratory experiment panel; a smart tea fermentation chamber with three months of history and swappable sensors; an AI button; access cards; an ESP camera with face recognition; temperature and humidity sensors writing to a database with a realtime status monitor.

CITY.INGELLO

A project for digitalising cities, demonstrated on the town of Rakhiv.

Map • Search • Functionality • Blog • Articles • Video
The project was built on a non-commercial basis as a prototype for the town of Rakhiv. A domain was bought and a mobile-oriented application developed. A database of the town's various sites was collected and refined. See the details of the project on its own site.

BRAIN.INGELLO

Artificial intelligence. The brain of our system.

This project is under active development and a prototype is expected soon. In the meantime you can open the system and play with algorithms able to find simple patterns in your data. Feed in any data, classify any patterns, teach the system to recognise them. Do not ask too much of it: the server it runs on is five times weaker than a modern smartphone.

A structured registry of a residential house - from the plot of land to the power socket. Seven layers of decomposition, a confidence level for every value, risks with the cost of fixing them, a maintenance calendar, documents and a visual map of the house with floor plans. Plus a smart-home panel: climate per room, cameras, automatic watering, safety sensors and an AI agent that answers questions from the house database and keeps a checklist of tasks. Management system for a care home network

Facilities, rooms and beds • CRM and resident admission • Individual care plan • Candidates, shifts, workload • Contracts and printable documents • Twelve access roles
This is a case study about a management system for a care home network. By agreement with the client we do not name the company and do not publish screens containing personal data of residents, staff, or leads, no phone numbers and no email addresses. Everything below is architecture and mechanics, not somebody else's data. The challenge A care home network runs four different worlds at once: sales and admissions, resident care, staffing, and finance. Usually they drift apart into three spreadsheets and a messenger: marketing does not know whether a lead ever moved in, a facility administrator cannot see caregiver workload, and the

Shared dialogue core • Project memory and knowledge base • Lead and CRM record from chat • Read-only outward sandbox • Sessions without key leakage • Telegram control channel
INGELLA AI is the company's public chat consultant. What separates it from a generic widget is that it is not a separate toy on the website but the very same dialogue pipeline that handles marketplace conversations and Telegram. The challenge The classic chatbot problem: the website runs one script, sales run another, and the messenger runs a third. The customer meets three different companies. A company MCP server for any AI agent

MCP protocol, no authentication • Company profile and services • Project questions • Agent-submitted enquiries • Per-tool rate limits • Install through npx
Ingello MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that lets any AI agent work with the company directly. Instead of paraphrasing a website, the agent calls a tool and receives a structured answer. The challenge Customers increasingly arrive from a conversation with an AI assistant rather than from search. But the assistant only sees a company the way an index retold it: fragmented, with stale prices, and with no way to act. MCP changes that role, the company stops being text and becomes a set of callable tools. What the server does describes services, specialisation, and technology stack; answers questions about a prospective project;

By default, every hundred minutes the runner picks the next project from the queue and builds it end to end. The challenge A prototype exists so an idea can be tested by hand rather than argued about. But each prototype costs time, which is why most hypotheses are never tested. That part of the knowledge is usually lost and costs the most. Why ordinary search misses failures Publication bias : null results are published less often and rarely reach the title or abstract; Language bias : failure is phrased gently: "modest", "limited", "did not generalize"; Venue bias : negative findings live in workshop papers, theses, preprints, and repositories; Registry gap : a study is registered and then never published. Why this order Medical warehouses usually fail on usage rather than engineering: data is collected, marts are built, and a clinician or analyst still cannot get the selection they need without a developer. "You have new mail" does not help: it fires for everything. A different notification is useful: "the reply you have been waiting three days for has arrived." How it works expectations are described as a list: what you are waiting for and from whom; the service polls sources periodically, currently mail, with an architecture built for several; what it finds is validated by a model: is this genuinely a substantive reply or just a message with similar words; a confirmed expectation becomes a short notification in a work channel; delivery channels are a separate layer, so new ones are added without touching sources. How the rules are set two independent modes: long-term rent and purchase; a strict property type: detached private houses only, excluding townhouses, duplexes, and part-houses; two location categories: the town itself and settlements within a practical radius around it; an upper price limit plus a separate priority for offers below a target threshold; an additional priority based on the property's utilities; filtering out other regions, apartments, holiday homes, short-term

The main mistake in paid search and SEO is assuming a harvested keyword list consists of real queries. A large share of any keyword set is junk: transliterations, concatenations, and generated phrases no living person types. What the validator does takes keywords from the same working sheet that holds the site map; collects primary signals for each keyword without using paid API keys; runs a separate agent pass per batch instead of one sweep across the whole set; labels keywords and rejects those that do not match real demand; supports a dry run without calling the model, to verify the procedure itself. INGELLO 82 - THE HARDEST MISSION

  • 1. AUTOMATION AT SCALE

The first step is global automation. A mass of problems and suffering comes from having to do cyclical, grinding, machine-like work; from being unable to get a decent education even when you can pay for it; from helplessness in the face of illness and damage to body and mind; from how hard it is to run a business without conflict and to create decent jobs; from inequality born of dependence on a convoluted and wretched economic model; and from greed, because it seems there will not be enough to go round, although this planet alone holds more than we could sensibly spend. Any mind - technical or creative alike - should be aimed at the hardest problems of humanity, and to make that possible we must build our own replacement for everything routine and inessential. For the sake of the hardest mission any consciousness could need: real freedom from death and suffering.

  • 2. RADICAL LONGEVITY

The second step is to give people the chance to live longer. The grounds for believing that technologies allowing a thousandfold longer life will be mastered soon are not a fairy tale; they are a possibility that grows harder to doubt. Anyone who follows the field knows the scientific and technical community has been working in this direction for a long time. People once died at twenty or thirty and that was the norm, but today, with the gradual progress of science and technology, we live nearly a century and save millions from disease and death. We are ALREADY extending life radically, and that has to be multiplied. Progress keeps accelerating, and thanks to automation it is within our power to focus attention on the riddle of a more durable consciousness - and to extend human life substantially, by millennia.

  • 3. TECHNICAL IMMORTALITY

The third step is to obtain a long-term way of existing in the universe. Unlike the previous step, it is too early to say what this will look like, because it depends heavily on how longevity is achieved. Whether it turns out to be a medical instrument or cyborgisation, digitising the brain or a magic pill, a discovery in psychology or a solution to the global problems of economics - nobody knows. Billions of people and machines focused on a single problem will most likely generate a whole range of ideas and projects, and if even one of them works, that will be enough.

  • 4. A SCIENTIFIC PATH TO REVIVAL

Step four - the most fantastical - is a second chance for those born in the past. All of us have lost family and friends. But looking at humanity as a whole, every day and every second people die, most of whom would want to go on living if they had the choice and were free of suffering. How many of the greatest minds have become nothing but history. Minds whose work we use every single day while taking pride in this technological, complex world. What would have become of all of us if they were alive? At the present stage such goals look like nonsense, and so they are. But comparing what we know in the modern world with what was known at other stages of evolution, it becomes obvious that we have advanced enormously and have become genuine gods next to earlier forms of development. And not through slow, blind evolution but through technological progress. We know little about what time is, about how other dimensions, matter and space in general are arranged. And there is no proof that irreversible processes exist. There are complex, tangled and chaotic systems, and it is within our power to understand how they work.

  • 5. FREE AND ENDLESS CREATION

Step five is to give every mind maximum freedom and an isolated space for the endless realisation of creative potential. Let each one invent their ideal universe with whichever minds they choose. Or in complete solitude, isolated from everyone. Each has their own infinity and is free to raise it to any power and any form, just as they are free to make a genuinely conscious decision to stop existing, if that is possible at all. Some will want to create new worlds, some to unravel every secret of matter, some will grasp the deepest philosophical questions about what perception is, many will party endlessly and mightily with friends - better than any rock stars of any era and more interesting than the most intellectual bands - and someone will simply enjoy life in a house by the river with their family and friends. Or perhaps ALL of it together, in turn or even at once, for what do we know about simultaneity... This step means the end of the hardest mission humanity ever conceived, and that is precisely the true beginning of EVERYTHING.

THINK THIS IS A JOB FOR SCIENTISTS?

NO! We need everyone. Absolutely everyone. People of the humanities and people of the exact sciences. Creative people and technical people. People who can build complex systems. People who create simple masterpieces and ideas. People who create jobs, products and ideologies. People able to draw attention, spark excitement or motivate. People ready to speak, shout, sing and write about the hardest mission there is. The only thing that unites us is a sincere wish not to wait, and to help the common mission.

We gather in the Telegram channel i.i and you can watch our projects on

Become part of the mission, invite like-minded people, begin infinity, create freedom, create EVERYTHING!

The INGELLO mission is a systematic union of engineering, automation and science to free people from routine, extend life, achieve technical immortality and move on to free, endless creation.

The fight to be
Leaves wounds behind us,
The engine of death
No mind can still.
In the end we are all
Complicated programs.
And all of us SIMPLY love
To live the COMPLICATED way.
